Big Nosh

April 7 @ 3:00 pm - April 9 @ 8:00 pm

The Pittsburgh Jewish Chronicle is thrilled to announce the first-ever Big Nosh, a three-day celebration of Jewish food and culture. The event will be held from April 7th to April 9th, 2024, at Congregation Beth Shalom, located in the Pittsburgh neighborhood of Squirrel Hill. Led by the culinary expertise of Master Chef Judah Cowen of Elegant Edge Catering, the menu will feature a variety of traditional, strictly kosher dishes available for dine-in or takeout. There will be options for every appetite, from falafel pita and turkey shawarma to braised lamb shank and chicken schnitzel. Guests can also feast on appetizers such as matzah ball soup, sides like potato latkes, and a medley of desserts including chocolate babka.
