WQED+ and Passport:
- If you’re writing about accessing your PBS Passport account, enter your email in this form and watch for a message from noreply@pbs.org. Note that if you previously created an account for the PBS Passport app, that same account will work for the WQED+ app.
- If you still can’t activate or get into your account, consider changing your PBS Passport password.

Membership:
- If you need to change your credit card on file or adjust your monthly donation, simply visit this secure webpage.
- If you’re asking us to suspend your monthly sustaining membership and cancel future payments, we will do so immediately.
Pledge Gifts:
- If you’re seeking a specific pledge or thank you gift, click the green buttons at donate.wqed.org and then select “View Gifts” above the donation form.
