Kindergarten Here I Come at The Children’s Museum

Join us for Kindergarten, Here I Come!, our annual kindergarten readiness event. Rising kindergarteners and their families can visit the museum, explore arts and making activities, ride a school bus, gather resources from partner organizations and more.

This event is FREE for rising kindergarten students plus one accompanying caregiver.

Some activities that are often offered at Kindergarten…Here I Come:

  • Climb aboard a real school bus and meet a real crossing guard
  • Try readiness skills activities such as shoelace tying
  • Enjoy back-to-school giveaways – while supplies last
  • Get valuable resources for parents on topics such as vaccinations, library assets and healthy lunches from our community partners
