The East Winds Symphonic Band presents the 18th annual Three Rivers Community Band Festival. Featured bands will be: Community Band South, East Winds Symphonic Band, North Pittsburgh Symphonic Band and an all-new Regional Festival Band conducted by Steve Baldanzi, Music Director of the Allegheny Brass Band and director of bands at North Allegheny High School. The Festival will be held at the Franklin Regional High School Auditorium, 3200 School Road, Murrysville, PA 15668.
