De Neice Welch, Soprano, Anqwenique Kensit, Soprano, and Cathedral Organist Dr. Garnet Mowatt, Annapolis, MD. The concert celebrates the Legacy of Bishop Loran E. Mann, Pentecostal Temple Church.
