The Pittsburgh Civic Orchestra will present FANFARE, a concert of classical favorites. Each selection has unique melodic statements that have become recognizable as part of the world around us, and our daily soundtrack. The Light Cavalry Overture, Voices of Spring Waltz and Schubert’s Unfinished Symphony will be the featured works. The orchestra will also perform Elgar’s Civic Fanfare. The concert will be held on Saturday, May 4, 2024, 7:30pm at St. Thomas More Church, Resurrection Parish, 126 Ft. Couch Rd. Pgh., PA 15241. There are no tickets.
