Michelle Gardner

Michelle Gardner is the Director of Global Benefits and Employee Programs at Ansys. She is an accomplished benefits leader with 28 years of experience in human resources, benefits, consulting, account management, and business development. At Ansys, Ms. Gardner has a proven track record in designing and implementing strategic solutions and excelling in aligning benefits with organizational goals. Prior to joining Ansys, she was an Associate Director of Health and Benefits Consultant for Willis Towers Watson and Director of Account Management and Business Development for EBenefits.
Ms. Gardner recognizes WQED’s value to her community and looks forward to ensuring these amazing services and programs thrive for the next generation.
Ms. Gardner earned her Bachelor of Science from PennWest California and is a designated Group Benefits Associate with the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.
Ms. Gardner resides in Pittsburgh with her four sons.
