Jonathan H. Rosenson is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Expedient, a leading full-stack cloud infrastructure service provider. With a tenure since 2003, he originally joined through the acquisition of Stargate.net, Inc., where he was a founding employee and director from 1994. Jonathan joined the WQED Multimedia board in 2018, building on five years of prior grant making through the Marcus L. Ruscitto Charitable Foundation, where he has been a board member since 2004. This collaboration initially focused on anti-bullying public service announcements broadcast on the WQED and PBS KIDS channels, later evolving into digital media projects supporting the well-being of preschool and early elementary students.
A Leadership Pittsburgh graduate and a Pittsburgh Magazine 40 Under 40 honoree in 2001, Mr. Rosenson holds a BA in rhetorical criticism from the University of Pittsburgh. With expertise in business and technology, he contributes to WQED’s mission of educating, entertaining, and inspiring through the transformation of public media.
Mr. Rosenson resides in the city of Pittsburgh with his wife and daughter.
