Inez Miles is a retired Vice President, Commercial Banking, from Citizens Bank of PA. She has partnered with stakeholders and management to ensure that risk/project management issues were resolved in a timely, efficient manner and is experienced in lending to the not-for-profit sector, analysis, board and governance training, and management of department business continuity plans.

Ms. Miles currently volunteers in the Library & Archives of the Senator John Heinz History Center, as well as serving on the African American Exhibits Advisory Committee, and is a community volunteer for the Eye and Ear Foundation. Her past community service includes leadership positions in the Junior League of Pittsburgh, Board of Trustees at Carlow University, Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy, Pittsburgh Literacy, FISA Foundation, Magee Women’s Hospital Foundation, ARCS Pittsburgh, and served as her former employer’s volunteer coordinator for First Tee Pittsburgh

Ms. Miles believes in the importance of being a life-long learner and supports WQED’s mission and efforts to tell the stories of all lives in a balanced, nuanced, responsible fashion that educates, entertains, and inspires the community.

Ms. Miles obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from Duquesne University and her graduate degree in banking from the University of Wisconsin.
