Caroline S. West, Esq., is the general counsel of Franklin West, Inc, a family-owned multifamily real estate company based in Pittsburgh, PA. She has served as assistant general counsel for the Broadcasting Board of Governors, previously worked for the Patent & Trademark Office, and clerked for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
Ms. West graduated from Lehigh University (’90) with a degree in journalism and international relations. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law (’94) and her LL.M in international comparative law from Georgetown University Law Center (’00).
Ms. West lives in Pittsburgh with her husband and two sons, both of whom are pursuing undergraduate degrees in engineering at colleges out-of-state.
