Meeting Dr. Katz in the MASH Hospital
Finance clerk Roger Wagner describes being wounded by enemy fire during a training session at the Long Binh Base in Vietnam in 1967. Roger was transferred to a MASH hospital where surrounded by the wounded, many of them missing limbs. He was informed that he would most likely have to have his left leg removed in order to save his life.
Dave believed his time was up. But Commander Bruce Grable chose to fly into danger.
