Foreign correspondent Betsy Hiel and photographer Justin Merriman of the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review recently spent several weeks in Pakistan. They talk with OnQ's Tonia Caruso about the region, their experiences and the latest developments in the war on terror.


Bodies: The Exhibition, on display at the Carnegie Science Center, is startling, educational and controversial. In this special OnQ special edition, panelists and guests discuss sensitivity, ethics, religion, education and other issues involving the exhibit.


That's California - as in PA. WQED's Rick Sebak and crew discovered a 1938 movie featuring the Washington County town along the Monongahela River. Rick produced this story just for OnQ viewers, highlighting the old film and the folks from the California Area Historical Society who hope to preserve the movie for years to come.


The new Children's Hospital in Lawrenceville is a $625 million new facility that promises comfort, technical advancements, boosts one of the largest family resource centers of any pediatric hospital in the world, and most of all is kid-friendly.  OnQ’s Michael Bartley takes us inside for a look inside the new facility while OnQ’s Tonia Caruso takes us for one last nogalstic look down the hallways of Children’s Hospital’s Oakland campus which has served millions of area families over the years.


The trend toward "gourmet cupcakes" started in New York City, and it's now showing up here in Pittsburgh. OnQ visits two of Pittsburgh's specialty bakeries, Dozen Cupcakes and CoCo's Cupcake Cafe.


This new exhibit at the Carnegie Museum of Natural History in Oakland features dinosaur skeletal remains dramatically posed and remounted in settings similar to the time period in which they roamed.
