This time capsule and American treasure tucked away on the top floor of the Carnegie Library and Music Hall in Carnegie, Pennsylvania has been painstakingly restored and now re-opened. OnQ's Tonia Caruso shows us the before and the after and learns about the historic significance of this amazing room.
