Within a 10-mile radius of downtown Pittsburgh, there are 70,000 working people who do not have health insurance. Catholic Charities has opened a free health center - with most of the incoming patients needing dental care. OnQ contributor Mike Clark tours the facility and talks with a volunteer dentist and patients who have few other options.
The condition is debilitating, but Parkinson's patients in Western Pennsylvania have banded together to fight the illness and the despair that often accompanies it.
