WQED's follow-up documentary on Pittsburgh portrait artist Elizabeth Black has won the Outstanding Documentary category in the 2016 Pennsylvania Association of Broadcasters Awards. The program documented producer David Solomon's efforts to find homes throughout the U.S. for 100 portraits of soldiers sketched by Miss Black in Europe during WW2.
