Composer and Operations Director for the Pittsburgh Festival of New Music Marina Lopez describes the many events taking place in September including pop up performances of Luciano Berio’s Sequenzas, Surround with multiple harps lead by Gretchen Van Hoesen, The Kamraton Ensemble, Kassia and guests from Minnesota and New York. Marina also tells Jim Cunningham about her path to becoming  composer through CMU and Leonardo Balada.
