The Rotary Club of Oakland and the Ukrainian Cultural and Humanitarian Institute are sponsoring a benefit luncheon on Tuesday July 23 at the University Club from noon to 1:30pm. Rotary International President Dr. Stephanie Urchick will be joining the luncheon. Ukrainian singer and City of Asylum resident Kateryna Boiko will welcome guests with a performance and Tetiana Mialkovska, Director of the Ukraine NGO Pyaternya sponsoring the Warm Hands art therapy rehabilitation and skills development academy in Ukraine will address the event from Ukraine.
