Join us for an unforgettable evening of chamber music featuring outstanding musicians from the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra and Carnegie Mellon School of Music. The program showcases a rich tapestry of works, including solo cello pieces by Bach, Saariaho, and Perkinson, culminating in Schumann’s masterful Piano Quartet in E-flat major, Op. 47.
The performance features David McCarroll, violin (Concertmaster of the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra), Tatjana Mead Chamis, viola (Principal Viola, Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra), Angela Park, cello (Carnegie Mellon University faculty), and Dimitri Papadimitriou, piano (Artistic Director of the Carnegie Mellon Chamber Series).
