Franz Schubert created arguably the most sublime and soulful music of all time. Please join us for the next Music for Food concert on January 25 at 3pm for a lyrical and virtuosic “Schubertiade”. Pianist Nanette Kaplan Solomon has assembled an all-star roster of performers including herself, sopranos Kelly Lynch and Colleen Gray, clarinetist Kira Bokanders, pianist Yeeha Chiu , violinist Alison Fujito, violist Stephanie Tretick, cellist Paula Tuttle, and bassist Justin Bendel to perform some of the composer’s most beloved works, including Shepherd on the Rock, the Trout Quintet, and delightful lieder and piano duets.
