Join The Frick Pittsburgh for a unique concert experience of Scandinavian chamber music in conjunction with their current exhibition, The Scandinavian Home: Landscape and Lore. Musical works will be paired with selected artworks that share fascinating and common characteristics of sound and image that capture the unique spirit of Nordic culture. Musicians from the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra will perform music of Grieg, Sibelius and Nielsen, among others. Ticket price includes the concert, post-performance meet-and-greet with the musicians, exclusive after-hours access to the exhibition galleries, and a glass of wine (21+) and lite bites. 90-minute performance with reception immediately following.
