Harpist Marissa Knaub avon is joined by Thomas Godfrey, flute, and Warren Davidson, viola, in a wide-ranging program of favorites and surprises, with an emphasis on French music. Faure “Pavane”, Debussy “Clair de Lune”, Ravel “Sonatine”, plus works by Pirene, Chertok, Hoffmeister, and Persichetti. Old St. Luke’s is the ideal venue for for harp chamber music – a beautiful, historic place with fabulous acoustics.
