This exhibition features Warhol’s experimentation with mechanical processes he embraced earlier in his career. Warhol generated nearly 20,000 prints through various collaborations, including some of his most recognizable signatures today. The salability of screen print works allowed Warhol to generate income which funded his more avant-garde projects as well as raised funds for causes that were important to him. This exhibition highlights the screen-printing process and how Warhol explored themes with this technique throughout his career.
