The Dollar Bank Three Rivers Arts Festival is a celebration of the arts in Pittsburgh attracting thousands of guests from the region and beyond for live music, an Artist Market, dance, gallery exhibitions, creative family activities, and more. The Festival has remained free and open to everyone since its founding in 1960.

The 2026 Festival will mark the grand opening of Arts Landing—the transformative outdoor civic space in Pittsburgh’s Cultural District, envisioned and operated by the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust, that will serve as the iconic Festival’s long-term home.
