Britsburgh is pleased to reprise its popular gin tasting event at the elegant Allegheny HYP Club. 
 
We’ll enjoy a flight of 4 British and American cocktails that represent the four seasons of the year and reflect flavour elements that showcase the natural bounties of their respective countries of origin.
 
Each cocktail will be paired with an appropriate and creative food accompaniment, demonstrating gin’s surprising flexibility, prepared by HYP’s distinguished Chef Steven Kightlinger. Britsburgh Board member Kim Szczypinski will speak to the history of gin and gin drinking in the UK and share historical anecdotes.
