The Ascension Chamber Players, a new string ensemble based out of the Church of the Ascension in Oakland, will play a concert featuring Bach’s Double Violin Concerto in d minor with soloists William and Stephen Mayhew; Grieg’s Holberg Suite; and Chris Massa’s “Three Arguments.” The concert will take place at the church on November 1, 2025 at 4pm. The concert is free.
