Stephanie Madia Mobley
Ms. Mobley serves as Senior Vice President of Government Business Growth at Highmark Inc., where she leads key business development and strategic growth initiatives across new markets. Over the course of her tenure at Highmark, she has held leadership roles in both finance and strategy, helping to guide the organization through major expansions—including Highmark’s 2021 affiliation with HealthNow New York in Buffalo and its more recent entry into West Virginia’s Medicaid program. Her background in healthcare and corporate finance continues to inform her work advancing Highmark’s mission to improve access to quality care.
A native of Pittsburgh, Ms. Mobley grew up watching WQED and now enjoys sharing that experience with her own children. A lifelong classical music fan, she values WQED as both a trusted cultural institution and a source of learning and inspiration for the community.
Ms. Mobley earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and her Master of Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business. She resides in O’Hara Township with her husband and two children.
