Shirley Weinstein
Shirley Weinstein’s varied career journey has leveraged different experiences to drive change, identify synergies and use broad knowledge as an asset with a common thread of being analytical, deliberate, and trusted as an achiever and life-long learner.
After 44 years of cross functional business and management experience at H. J. Heinz and Kraft Heinz, Ms. Weinstein joined the WQED Board of Directors to offer her multi-disciplined perspective of HR, technology and finance to effectively impact strategy, governance and management execution for stakeholder and people value.
Ms. Weinstein has been privileged to learn, grow and contribute in roles in HR total rewards, performance management, corporate strategy, SAP program management, information technology services, financial planning and chemistry.
For the past 10 years, Ms. Weinstein was Head of Global Rewards for Kraft Heinz Company, including executive compensation, equity, compensation & benefits strategy, wellbeing, recognition, mobility and $1 billion people cost management. She was also accountable for advancing Kraft Heinz’s employee experience and transforming HR processes and technology.
Ms. Weinstein has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from Robert Morris University. She lives in Kennedy Township with her husband and sons.
