Erin Henley
Erin B. Henley leads strategic initiatives at Duquesne Light Company focused on workforce enablement, safety, and cross-functional collaboration. She has advanced enterprise-wide innovation and collaboration by fostering communication and partnership across departments through strategic projects and programsโmost notably, an innovation training initiative that equips employees with practical tools for problem-solving and strategic thinking.
Ms. Henley brings a unique blend of military and utility experience to her work. As an Intelligence Analyst for the Pennsylvania National Guard, she has led inter-disciplinary teams and advised command staff. Her utility experience includes roles in innovation and renewable energy, notably improving solar interconnection processes and supporting clean energy initiatives.
She is passionate about WQEDโs mission to educate and inspire through public media and became involved to help strengthen community connections and elevate local storytelling. She is especially excited about WQEDโs work in civic engagement and educational programming.
Ms. Henley holds a B.S. in Psychology from Mansfield University and an A.A.S. in Intelligence Studies from Cochise College. She is LUMA Design Thinking certified and has led employee resource group programming focused on community service and veteran engagement. She resides in Beaver County with her husband Matt.
