Conor Platt is the Founder and CEO of Confluence Analytics, a fintech firm that generates actionable signals from ESG and carbon data. His work is focused on reshaping the landscape of sustainable investing through advanced technology, enabling investors to achieve both financial returns and substantial impact. In 2020, Confluence Analytics launched the first ESG DeFi pool, targeting the intersection of markets that can enhance both returns and social impact.

Conor holds a BS in Finance with Honors and an MBA in Finance from Carnegie Mellon University. He began his career as an analyst at Morgan Stanley before moving to Brown Brothers Harriman in the Portfolio Strategy Group. He also co-founded Etho Capital, recognized as a 2017 FAST Innovative Company, which is dedicated to sustainability-focused investment management. Under his leadership as CEO, Etho Capital launched the ETHO ETF, which outperformed the market.

In addition to his work at Confluence Analytics, Conor serves on the Board and heads the Investment Committee of WQED Pittsburgh, the first community-sponsored television station in the United States.
