The Cartwright family has been serving buckwheat pancakes, all you can eat, topped with their made-here-downstairs maple syrup. Only open 8 or 9 weeks a year, it's a place you won't forget with a line that stretches long into the parking lot! You may end up talking to other folks who are waiting with you.
