It is one of Pennsylvania's most historic communities. Braddock was a key battlesight during the French and Indian War and the place where Andrew Carnegie built his first steel mill.
 The community has fallen on tough times since the decline of the steel industry but some new things are happening that many hope will finally bring about real change. OnQ's Tonia Caruso reports.
