GTECH

Founded in 2007, Growth Through Energy and Community Health [GTECH] is nonprofit social enterprise that is dedicated advancing community health through a range of green strategies. They assist communities in turning wasted resources into community assets that improve the economic, social and environmental health of Pittsburgh. Presently GTECH helps neighborhoods repurpose vacant land, reduce home energy use and collect used cooking oil for biofuel production. Each of these strategies are designed to create more resilient communities and empowered people.
