OnQ contributor Chris Fennimore goes into the kitchen with &amp;quot;Dr. Kam&amp;quot; to bring us this holiday report.To order Dr. Kam&amp;#39;s &amp;quot;Nearly-Famous Rum Cake&amp;quot; please call 724-935-5470Orders are taken from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and will be accepted through December 11, 2009.Recipe for Dr. Kam&amp;#39;s 10-inch Rum Cake1 yellow cake mix with pudding1/2 cup vegetable oil1/2 cup (Bacardi) rum1/2 cup water4 eggsMix ingredients and beat well. Place in greased and floured bundt pan and bake one hour at 350 degrees. Cool and turn out of pan onto plate. Prick top and bottom with a fork.SAUCE:1/4 cup water1 stick butter or margarine1 cup sugar1/2 cup rumHeat water on high heat. Whisk butter and water together on the fire. Add sugar and whisk until sugar dissolves. Take off fire and add rum. Pour over cake. </description>
