We're celebrating Mardi Gras, with Create chefs Steve Raichlen, Burt Wolf, John Besh, John Shields, Nick Stellino and John Folse. They will be preparing the finest seafood and Cajun dishes just in time for Fat Tuesday.

African Roots - February 25
Come with world travelers, Megan McCormick, Art Wolfe, and Joseph Rosendo to the vast continent of Africa. From the northern countries to the most southern tip, and everything in between, you'll be on a fantastic voyage! You'll scale to the top of the pyramids in Egypt, go wine tasting in South Africa and on safari in Kenya. Then go into the kitchen with Chef John Folse and cultural expert Burt Wolf to learn about the African influences in American recipes. African roots stretch far and wide!

Soup-er Saturday - March 3
The days are cold and nothing warms you up better than a hearty bowl of soup. All of our Create chefs are showing off their best soup recipes. Julia and Jacques have classic soups, including French Onion. Jeff Nathan has cream of mushroom, and Tommy Tang offers his take on the always popular chicken noodle. Grab your spoon and have a Soup-er Saturday!

Ladies of Leisure - March 10
The Ladies of Create want you to explore your passion during your free time. Whether it's entertaining, sewing, cooking, gardening, or crafting there's something for everyone in this marathon. Entertaining is easy the Katie Brown way; beautify your home with Michele Beschen; get cooking in the kitchen with Lidia Bastianich and Pati Jinich; and pull out your sewing machine for some tips on how to create perfect runway finishes with Nancy Zieman and Linda Lee.
