Five Bean Casserole

Ingredients

1 lb hot sausage (Jimmy Dean is best)
1 med onion chopped
2 stalks celery chopped

1 15oz can of each of the following:
green beans
wax beans
lima beans
baked beans
kidney beans

1 can tomato soup
1 can tomato sauce

½ cup brown sugar
red pepper flakes
ground black pepper

Directions

In a frying pan, brown the sausage with the onion & celery. Drain off oil --transfer to large baking dish. Drain the liquid from all of the cans of beans--dump them into the baking dish. Add all other ingredients to baking dish and stir well. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Uncover, stir and bake for another 30 minutes.
