POLISH SAUSAGE CASSEROLE

Ingredients

1 lb polish sausage
1 28 oz can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 large yellow onion, diced
1 large green pepper, diced
1 c long grain rice (not instant)

Procedure

Combine in Dutch oven or casserole dish.

Bake covered at 350° for 2 hours. Stir after 1 hour. That's all!
