FRITTO MISTO (MIXED FRIED SEAFOOD)

Season the flour with salt and pepper and dredge the seafood. Use a strainer to shake off the excess flour. Preheat the oil to 375 degrees. Add the seafood, one type at a time. Fry until crisp and brown. Remove to paper towels to drain and sprinkle immediately with salt. Continue until all the seafood is cooked. Serve on a large platter with lemon wedges.
