From the cookbook: P is for Pasta 
Add the flour, eggs, salt and olive oil to the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until mixed. Turn machine on and drizzle in water until a firm dough forms. Remove from the processor and form into a ball. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for at least an hour. Roll out into your favorite shape.
