CAULIFLOWER FRITTERS

Ingredients
1 head cauliflower, steamed1 c Bisquick
1/4 c romano cheese, grated
1 egg
3 TB milk
Parsley
Salt and pepper
1 clove garlic
Procedure
Chop cauliflower into small pieces. Crush and chop the garlic. Mix the other ingredients into a batter. Add the cauliflower and garlic. If the batter is too thick, add a little more milk. Drop by large spoonful into heated oil. When they are golden brown on both sides, drain on paper towels.
