BROCCOLI SOUP

Ingredients
1 bunch fresh broccoli, rinsed & chopped
1 TB chicken base
1/4 c water
1/2 c Wondra flour
2 c half & half
1/4 c milk
Procedure
Steam broccoli in water over medium-high heat, stirring until broccoli is bright green and softened. Add chicken base and enough flour to coat broccoli pieces and begin thickening. Add half & half to desired thickness, and then add milk. Simmer until heated through and ready to serve.
