Sustained Giving
Becoming a WQED Sustaining member is a simple and convenient way to support WQED throughout the year. Your monthly contribution will help support creative television and radio programs that enlighten, entertain and engage you and our community.

Once a year, we will send a record of your total contributions for tax purposes and give you an opportunity to change your pledge amount or method of payment.
Sustaining members are those who help to secure WQED's future by making affordable monthly gifts. From $5 per month to $50 and beyond, Sustaining gifts allow you to choose an amount that's right for you and help us save on mailing costs so more of your dollars to directly support the programs and services that you love. You can choose the amount that's right for you.

Your monthly contribution is deducted directly from your bank account (or your credit card). Just choose the monthly amount that's right for you and we'll do the rest! Your membership is always current and since you won't receive renewal reminders in the mail, you will save both of us on a couple of stamps and help all of us be more environmentally friendly.

Matching Gifts
Many local, national and world-wide businesses and organizations are participants in the Matching Gifts program. As participants, they each have a policy to match donations made to WQED by employees, retirees, spouses, and/or widows or widowers. In this way, individuals wishing to make a financial gift to WQED Pittsburgh have the opportunity to double their gift simply by meeting the criteria of a participating company. Please note, each company has its own set of policies involving Matching Gifts, so please check with the human resources office of your company to find out their specific rules or to obtain a matching gift form.
