PITTSBURGH—Grandmothers have been sharing knowledge about food and cooking with their families long before there were food “experts” on television. In WQED’s latest QED Cooks marathon called, Grandma’s Kitchen Wisdom (premiering Saturday, December 1, 2012 at 10 a.m. on WQED-TV) join host Chris Fennimore as he pays homage to these epicurean pioneers by featuring delicious food, remembrances and traditions from guest cooks who will share special secrets and family treasures with viewers. Recipes, stories and tips are currently being accepted through November 26 and may be submitted via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or by postal mail to:
Grandma’s Kitchen Wisdom
