C is for Cake is WQED's newest cooking marathon and is a scrumptious assortment of delectable confections frpm recipes sent in by viewers.

CHRIS FENNIMORE HOSTS ‘C’ IS FOR CAKE

IN NEXT WQED COOKING MARATHON

PITTSBURGH – WQED’s newest cooking marathon is a scrumptious assortment of delectable confections in ‘C’ is for Cake airing on Saturday, May 16 at 10am on WQED-TV.

Viewers have been asked to send in their favorite recipes for pound cake, cheesecake, layer cake and bundt cake; fruit cake, upside down cake, angel food and cup cakes; and don't forget dump cakes, sheet cakes, chiffon and spice cakes. WQED’s Chris Fennimore and Nancy Polinsky will be in the WQED Cooks Kitchen to demonstrate the recipes sent in by viewers from Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia.

‘C’ is for Cake is WQED’s 84th cooking marathon since 1993.
