WQED REQUESTS RECIPES FOR NEW COOKING MARATHON
‘ONE SKILLET COOKING’

PITTSBURGH, PA – WQED Multimedia is requesting recipes for its upcoming cooking marathon, “One Skillet Cooking.” This latest marathon is devoted to those hearty recipes that family memories are made of. But, whether slow simmered or quick sautéed, these dishes go from stove to the table in one pan.

If you’d like to contribute to the “One Skillet Cooking” cookbook, send one or two of your all-in-one-pan recipes for chicken, beef, pork, lamb, or even tofu to:

Deadline for recipes is November 7, 2005. Please include your neighborhood and indicate if you’d be willing to appear on the program as one of our on-air guests. If so, please include your phone number.

Several of recipes will be prepared in the QED Kitchen during the “One Skillet Cooking” marathon on Saturday, November 19 at 10 a.m. on WQED tv13.
