The dining room at Aqueous, inspired by the archictecture of Frank Lloyd Wright, is perfectly designed for a fine dining experience. But it's possible that the real inspiration at Aqueous happens behind the scenes -- in the kitchen of "2006 Rising Star Chef" designate David Racicot. Every day, this shiny stainless steel kitchen is the stage of a well-orchestrated ensemble of professional staff conducted by Chef Racicot. The sweeping preparation counter, lit by gracefully hanging warming lights, adds to the stage-like atmosphere. Orders echo down the line and the performance begins! First courses and entrees make their way toward Chef Racicot for the final garnish. Sizzle and clang sets the rhythm for servers who pass in a flurry of movement that almost seems choreographed. Just like a well-rehearsed musical performance, the players' timing and synchronization are perfect - ensuring an unforgettable experience for the guests at Aqueous. -- Richard Kelly PLAY SLIDE SHOW |
