Pangea, for the third time

Just had dinner @ Pangea’s tonight for the third try and it IS GOOD!!!! Started with an heirloom tomato coulis salad, then the trio of tabulu. Then the crab au gratin…..polished it all off with a lemon souffle and I must reiterate that it is just a very fun way to eat trying so many taste treats!!!!

    There’s magic in this space again–and the food (I swore I’d never say this in public) is “to die for. ” I love the idea of flights–try the seafood cakes, phyllo tartlets–warm brie and strawberry! Mix it up according to mood and table members–the tapas attitude is what eating is all about these days. Hurry down the stairs to the old Pasta Piatto before everyone else starts to. I can’t wait to “do lunch.”
