We ate at the Ivy Cafe last weekend. We left with mixed feelings. We had a very tasty appetizer, the blue cheese wontons. I ordered the chicken pesto pomodoro, which was good, but not great. My husband had the seafood paella. It was very good. Very good. A very small serving, though. And we were both disappointed that the description in the menu was somewhat misleading. It claimed to have several seafoods, which it did, and also chorizo and chicken. The chorizo and chicken were barely to be found. We even heard a person at another table question the waitress as to whether there was any chorizo in the dish, so it wasn't just us. The waitress explained that the chorizo was chopped up into little cubes, which it was, and not very plentiful. The wine list was small, but had some nice selections on it. However, the house wine brand was disappointing. Considering the cost, I am not sure that we will return. But we might.
