Ingredients:
1 stick butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 stick margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 1/2 cups flour
3 cups oatmeal
1 cup raisins
1 cup walnuts
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup peanut butter
|
Directions:
Cream the butter and sugar. Add the vanilla and eggs and beat until
smooth. Add the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Mix until
blended. Add all the other ingredients and blend until the ingredients
are evenly dispersed. Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Use an ice-cream
scoop to make golf-ball-sized cookies. Place 1-inch apart on a parchment-paper-lined
cookie sheet. Flatten slightly and bake for 12 to 15 minutes. Cool
for a minute on the sheet before transferring to a cooling rack.
Makes 3 to 4 dozen depending on size.
