Ingredients:
4 loaves of Italian bread
1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 cup roasted red peppers
1/2 pound ham capicola, sliced
1/2 pound Genoa salami, sliced
1/2 pound mortadella, sliced
1/2 pound provolone cheese, sliced

Directions:
Cut the loaves along one edge lengthwise. Open the loaves and remove some of
the soft bread center. Sprinkle each side generously with salad dressing
and top with shredded lettuce.
Add the roasted red peppers and then the sliced meats and
cheese. Fold each loaf closed and cut crosswise to form 2
sandwiches.
Serves 8.
