New Year’s Day from Vienna

The Vienna Philharmonic has invited Daniel Barenboim to conduct the New Year’s Concert 2014, in recognition of a 25 year collaboration with the conductor, who led his first New Year’s Day concert in 2009.  These concerts have been held in the Golden Hall of the Musikverein since 1939.
